"It's the work of two truly extraordinary chefs. Brother's David & Joseph Farahat, Culinary Institute of America graduates whose culinary pedigrees are a great deal more impressive than one would imagine"

In 1987, Joseph Farahat graduated from The Culinary Institute of America. Joseph spent the next two years under the tutelage of Four Star Chefs at the world famous Greenbrier Hotel and Spa. There Joseph developed his expertise and knowledge and was awarded the very prestigious Medal of Excellence. He then returned to NYC where he continued to develop his craft at such exclusive restaurants and hotels like the Inter-Continental, the Waldorf Astoria, The 21 Club, Arcadia, and most recently Restaurant 44 at the Royalton Hotel. His dedication to the art of cooking has propelled Joseph to become one of the  most talented Chefs in the Metropolitan area today.

In 1988 David Farahat graduated from the Culinary Institute of America.  He then went on to study at some of New York's finest restaurants where he honed his skills under the guidance of top Chefs at places like the River Cafe, Restaurant Rapheal, La Metairie, Brasserie Du Theatre, le Cygne, and the Garden City Hotel.  David started as Executive Sous Chef at the Garden City Hotel and quickly rose to become the Executive Chef. His hard work and dedication enabled him to become one of the youngest Executive Chefs of any Four Star Restaurant in the area.
